"Recap!" A week's events shoved into a feature-length report.

Ok...This was certainly one of the most hectic weeks I've ever had. Read about what days you want:

Friday

That was the day we had the AP test, and I did awful. I hadn't slept at all the night before, mostly because I made myself nervous, so I just couldn't fall asleep. So I got up after dozing off for about two hours, and drank a gallon of coffee. Really, it was just one cup full. So then I drove myself up to the Mormon church, and took the test. The multiple choice part was actually very easy, and I know I did fine on that. But then came the essays. We had fifteen minutes to read over the questions and look at the documents they gave you for the DBQ. The DBQ question was really easy, and I came up with my thesis before the fifteen minutes was up. But then I had to write my intro paragraph, and I just couldn't get the wording right.

After spending twenty minutes, on two sentences, it still wouldn't work for me. So I decided to switch and work on one of the FRQs. Unfortunately, all four questions (from which we chose two) were really hard, so again, I couldn't come up with an intro, mostly because I didn't know what to write my essay about. For those of you who like to write, you know that even though it's short, the introduction is the most important part, because if you don't have a good intro, it's really hard to base an essay off of it, because it will suck. So of course, not able to write one decent intro paragraph for any of the three essays, I got really frustrated. I actually started to cry because I was so tired and so confused. Now let me just say, I usually can write those essays really, really well. When you can get 7's on a majority of your essays in Tamby's class, you know you write well. But not on the day it mattered most...I went back to the DBQ and just tried to bullshit it, but by that time, I just couldn't make myself care. It would have been really good, just because the documents made it so easy, but I just lacked motivation, if I thought about how important the test was, I'd get nervous, and it would make it worse, so there was no motivation in that whatsoever.

I made it through the DBQ, very badly, then fudged an FRQ. It was so weak though; my conclusion started literally with: "In conclusion, Teddy Roosevelt gave more power to the government." So then, I tried to concentrate on the second FRQ, but didn't make it past the second sentence. And, word for word I wrote "I give up." I put that on the paper. Of course, I felt so awful about the fact that I gave up, but I really just couldn't do it! I had to erase the school I wanted my results sent too, because I was so ashamed.

After the test ended, I went to my car with Ariel, and I just sort of broke down. I took her to her house when I calmed down, she got her money, then we met up with Lana and Ben and Tokyo Joe's for lunch. After that, Ariel and I made a pit stop at DQ (hers got all over her pants :() ) then we went to Ben's to hang out. For a while, we played some guitar hero, watched some www.secretpants.net, went outside to kick a soccer ball around, played ten fingers and truth or dare. It helped to take my mind off the test a little, but I still cried a bit later that night, from the combination of exhaustion and embarrassment.

Saturday:

Ben and I organized a big drop-in soccer game at the school. But prior to that, I went shopping with my mom and bought a bunch of cute clothes. Lol. The game was fun, but Landon brought his little brother and he kept getting in the way. He got hit with the ball numerous times, like he and the ball were magnets or something. So we took like a 40 minute water break, screwed around a bit, and by that time, most people had left. So Ben, Joe, Jared and I played "strip soccer." The idea was that you juggle the ball, like a hack circle, and if you dropped it, or whatever, you had to remove an article of clothing. Of course, it all ended with the shirt, because, um yeah...But Joe said we had officially had an orgy together, since the definition is four or more people with no socks or shoes on. Check and Check, lol.

Sunday:

I went to my aunt's house for Mother's Day. Let me just say, I am an awful daughter. The day before, when I went shopping with my mom, I was going to buy her a gift. Well, when I got an idea, she bought it herself, so then I was sort of stuck with only twenty dollars...So she said I could wrap something she bought and give it to her, and she'd act surprised. *smacks forehead* I'm going to make it up to her, I'll surprise her one day, as soon as I get an idea of what to buy... But that's all I did on Sunday.

Monday: School was relatively normal. Tamby gave us doughnuts for taking the test, and we started watching Platoon. Joe, Ben and I went to Quiznoes for lunch, but by the time we made it back, it was already time for class. So I had to wait until seventh to eat it. The dressing made it a bit soggy, but it was delicious!! The color guard girls tried to make a plan to get a cake and go to a park and eat it, lol. But Anthony came and found me, and asked me to take him to his house to get his floppy disk. Well, that turned into an INSANE adventure. In order to save space, and possibly your interest, you can read the whole story on his blog. But it is a highly amusing story if you haven't heard it yet.

After I got back, I had a lame piano lesson, but I got to go early because she was worried about me driving in the rain...ya, ok lady. I really hope my parents let me quit soon.

Tuesday:

During seventh, my mom called and wanted me to run home and get something for her and bring it to her work. So I did. I had never been to her office, so she gave me a tour, and I guess none of her coworkers knew my mom has two daughters. They kept asking me to sing...ummm, yeah, totally Hannah. Ah well, I got a 7UP in the process and met the lady who sold my mom my car. She told me there is a free chewed up dog bone somewhere but I'm not too eager to find it...On my way home, I decided to go to my grandma's house and see her. So I drove there and ate some really damn good chicken, lmao. I meant it to be a quick visit, but I ended up staying for an hour and a half. But then I had to leave since I had a flute lesson at the Sullivan's. I got really turned around though, and wasted like 10 minutes trying to figure out the quickest way to their house. So I had the lesson, and did nothing once I got home, lol.

Wednesday:

This was the only normal day, except for we got our year books, and after school, Krystal and I went to go buy cool pens for signing. Yup...

Thursday:

Best and worst day of my life. School, who cares. So at 6:00, I picked Krystal up to go to the Killers concert!! I was sooo excited. So we get there and wait in line for a while, then once we get into the stadium (it was at Red Rocks, so it wasn't really a stadium, but whatever) we found some seats and then went to buy merch. I got a kick ass shirt! And then we got hot dogs, lol. So we waited for the show to start and the opening act came on, and the announcer was like, yeah, he was found in a jail...well, his songs were about hos...very classy. Hot Hot Heat was next, and they were pretty awesome, I must say. I have to get their CD now. By the time they had finished, most the people surrounding Krystal and I were rather tipsy, lol.Krystal taught the people behind us that finger adding game and when the guy won, it was like he just found out he didn't have cancer, the bump was just a bruise that was really swollen. Lmao. The guy next to him was like "Oh maaaaaan...I haf...no idas wha jus happen." The guy who Krystal played was like "I don care, I won!"

Then the Killers came on stage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell Yeah!!!! Krystal and I went crazy, we were jumping and singing, and all that shit. Oh man, it was freaking awesome. They sang "Sam's Town", "Enterlude" and "When You were Young." But by the third song, their lead singer ripped a vocal cord...yeah...so the manager comes out and is all "Well, I feel like someone died...but he can't sing....we're coming back though! So of course boos resonate from all over, it sucked so bad. I was totally bummed. Oh well, at least what we heard was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Krystal and I bought some pretzels and sat in the visitor center for a while waiting for her mom, because they wouldn't let anyone into the park, it was all one lane roads leading out, so yeah. So they kicked us out of there, so we went to find the "trading post" and when we got there, there was this raging drunk guy trying to find his sister Karen, and he was screaming in his phone, it was all messed up. One of the employees was talking to me and Krystal, it was all just nuts. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half, and almost missed her mom driving by. Once we got to my neighborhood, her car ran out of gas...so we walked to my house, got some gas, went back to their car, and I went home and went to bed. Odd night...

Saturday:
Angie's birthday partay! We all went to Eliches and it was a blast! I didn't ride many rides though, considering any roller coaster makes me sick. I went on the Thunderbolt with Ben once, and I got really icky-feeling. Lol, that was mature. Angie's mom and sister bought me some Dramamine, but it really just made the ickyness better, but not gone, I still felt queasy just looking at the roller coasters. It sucked because I really used to love them, but now I just can't ride them anymore. I did ride the batman swings (where I sang very obnoxiously) and the carousel, xD. Ben didn't like the coasters so I just talked with him a lot of the time. We had fun, even though I felt like a party-pooper the whole time. I just didn't want to ruin Angie's b-day by puking on her shoes. It was all for her! Lol.

We left rather close to closing time, and both cars almost got hit on the way back...yes, it was scary. Once we got to Angie's house, we watched secret pants, lol, and played ten fingers. God, I hate that game. My parents were at Wicked, but I decided I should get home, because technically, I was supposed to be home before they even left. Yeah right man. Well, I went home, made mac 'n' cheese and went to bed. Whoo!!

Today:
I mowed the lawn! The end!

Oops, I just realized I left out Friday of this week, but I'm not gonna add it, cuz this post is to god damn long already. If you read the whole thing, what the hell is wrong with you?! Byez!
