BIGGEST NEWS BULLETIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Mah hair is semi-pink!!! I was really excited to have my whole head pink and such, but I didn't have enough dye. I used about 2 ounces of the one bottle I had for just two streaks on the front of my hair. But I cut it really short, and it's layered. I luff it. I can't wait until I do it again, and that time I will get a few more bottles and dye all of my hair completly pink. Yay!
The next coolest thing was: mah shopping trip at the Flatirons mall with Aaron and Samantha (and the rest of the DU crew). We were supposed to see a movie too, but thankfully we got out of it. Aaron and I were going to see bewitched, but unfortunatly, there wasn't enough people who signed up for it, so we had to got to Fantastic 4. I thought it looked really bad, so we asked, and got out of going to a movie, and went shopping instead. After that, I looked all around the mall for a B-day present (trust me, I didn't want to, had I the choice, I would have used the money for myself, OMG! she is making me sooooooooooooo mad!). Then we all got bored, and decided to ride the Zip to the Walmart and look around there. I was sooo tired by then that Samantha and I basically sat in a...a...ummm. What are they called, they are like sofas, but they only have one big cusion, and stuff. A fontune????...NO! its a futon, lol. There we go, lmao. Anyways, when we were done with Walmart, we were outside waiting for the Zip to come to take us back to the mall, and we were playing with bouncy balls we had gotten in Old Navy, when Samantha's got away from her and she had to chase it forever until it finally hit a median and stopped. Aaron and I were laughing soooo hard. We were so slap-happy right then.
Well, I'll finish that up later, I have to go. L8ter!

Also I learned about how global warming constantly drives children and their families out of their homes. It is so hot with so little rain, that crops can not grow. And this is caused by devloped states (by which I mean countries, Becky, my teacher forces us to use different vocab then most people use to describe some things) who have cars, and factories and other things that burn anything for energy, releasing CO2 (carbon dioxide) into the air, which traps heat, and there you have it; global warming. It said on there that if everyone in the US would use one less gallon of gas every week, around 3 billion gallons would be saved a week. This would help the ozone layer to repair its self, and let the earth cool down a bit. Not to mention, think about how much oil we would save! Ya so, it's just something to think about. I might go to Africa on a missions trip next summer (I still have to find a group, and my mom still has to think about it, cuz she would rather I go with an NGO, but they usually only talk people older then 18.) to help the people there. I really want to go to Sudan, but it's so dangerous right now with all of the war raging about there. So I donno.
Oh, and the most depressing, yet most fascinating book you could ever read is First they Killed my Father by Loung Ung. Oh it is so sad!
Anyways, I have to go, byebye!

BUSH IS AN ASSHOLE!!! But you already know that. ^_^ And if you disagree may you be disemboweled and burn in hell!!! HAHAHA!!! *ahem* Yes, but after spending one and a half weeks in my international Relations class, I have come to hate him more. I have learned that not only is he completely ignorant, but he is a jack ass (excuse my language). He will not sign UN treaties, er...(I can't think of the word at the moment, but it will come to me I hope) on stopping torture with in our country, he won't sign a treaty that protects the rights of the child, and he refuses to enforce the treaty to end discrimination against religion. *flips off the president* GO TO HELL BUSH!!! (as you might have noticed, I am outraged) Oh, and here is another thing. That gay marriage thing. First off, let me say I am straight, and all that crap, though it probably doesn't matter. But I think the "fight" to end gay marriage is insane. I mean, seriously, who really cares? So the bible says it's bad. I'm sorry, I'm a Christian most definitely, but people should not be discriminated against because they don't like people of the opposite sex. If I am not mistaken, the idealism behind marriage is to join two people who love each other together forever yadayadayada. So...if a man loves another man, why can't he be with that guy forever? I have to admit, I am not exactly the most comfortable around homosexual people, but I can accept it, and move on. I mean, if you've ever hung out with a gay guy, they are really fun people! LOL. So why should we prevent them from being happy and fun people??? You can argue with my point and stuff, but I really won't care, I mean, I'm not going to say gay marriage is bad. I'm not gonna say you're bad if you're against it, except for Bush. The A-hole!
Ya, so you learn a bunch of new stuff about the guy who is supposed to run the country, (even though he really doesn't). Any about the country its self. Which is why I hate this country a lot of the time. It's soo hypocrytical. I know, it has a lot of things I benefit from that people in other countries don't, and as a girl, I am somewhat treated better. I can read and have a job, but I don't get payed as much as a guy do I? I mean, look at the women who play professional sports! They make a lot of money, but the men make millions more a year! It's not just at all!
In other news: I am like the pigmy shrew (you have GOT to see that cartoon on Albinoblacksheep, it is sooo funny!!). Screwd (in a nicer term). I have missed the July band camps, and I have no time to practice my music with this DU thing (Which kind of sucks btw). And I don't know how to march at all! So ya, I'm not going to do to well, especailly since I don't have private lessons, so ya. But Amy is going to help me, and Rachel is coming over on Sunday to help me. Then I get to go to Sammy's B-day. Lol. So I hopefully will not be too sucky, and that I won't get yelled at a lot. I can't work very well when I get yelled at, I blank out.
DU Stuff: So my classes at DU are definatly not the most fun things in the world. But at least haveing three hour classes now will make the block day 1 and a half hour classes a lot easier. So In the morning I have International Relations (IR) It's ok. We get to have debates, and that's fun. Hehe. What ever team I'm on seems to win all the time, even if I'm not paying attention at all (like today my friend Kavya and I were making the doodle where we each add one thing one at a time. It is so much fun to do that!) Heh, and they have this cool food museam thing. It's awesome, they have this thing called Stop Ice that holds the ice back when you don't have a straw to drink from!! Hehe. Kavya and I write in the guest book a lot, XD. Then we have lunnnnnch. The food there is really good. It's home made pizza everyday, and it's the kind you can eat everyday. So I get pizza and a salad, then coffee afterwards, (to help keep me awake in Chemistry) each day. Lunch is also the time when I hang out with my very good friend Aaron and do my homework, or Kavya and I play frizbee. Wee.
Then I go to Chemistry. This class is worse then IR cuz I have so much work to do for it every day! We also have tests and stuff, so it's definatly not much of a "fun" environment. But my teacher is cool. As long as we turn an assignment in on time, if we bomb it, we can redo it. It's pretty shweet. And you can turn in extra credit work any day before the program is over! It's great. Lol, I wish our high school teachers would do that. I don't think they do...I'll ask Carla. But after Chemistry, we do afternoon activities, (sometimes I stay for these, most of the time I go home though). But the other night I did this ceramics thing, where we get to paint stuff. Omg, that was SOOOO much fun!! Hehe. Aaron, Jasmine, Lily and I were lauging almost the entire time! That was the high of the program. I really hope I can do the residential part though next year, if I do this. Once I get this marching band thing down, or whatever, I will probably be able to handle it better if I'm gone and living at DU.
Ok, well, this post is long enough, so I'm going to go to bed. I have to get up early tomorrow. And here is a warning: Those of you who live where I do, it's supposed to be 108 degrees tomorrow. So turn on the air conditioning, and go to the pool!! And drink water so you don't faint like I did, lol. Well, good night!

The fireworks were sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better then the ones at Bandimere!! Omg. I was talking to Katlyn for a while, because we got there like 2 hours early. And you will not believe who I saw there. Omg, I thought I would never have to see him again. *pukes* It was icky. I tell ya, he's always there! N-not at the fireworks, just...always where I am. Ya, but they was good. Teh fireworks I mean. We got stuck in a HUGE traffic jam comming home though, oh my God. It took an hour just to get back from Golden!
Today:
My dad finished packing the kitchen up, and man, it looks weird. I went swimming with Hannah, and got a bunch of invites to do various things with many different people. Ben and Amy and other people wanted to see a movie, then they went swimming, Sharon also wanted to see a movie, Colleen wanted to hang out (not today tho, but still). Ya, my life is hectic. And boring. Well, what I mean is, the world around me is chaotic and hectic, but my life, as in where stuff happens to and affects mainly me, lol, is really boring. Like my love life, phiff, doesn't even exist. Well, I guess it's their, but no one really cares! I donno, construction starts tomorrow, and it's gonna get a little insane around here. Thankfully, I'll only have to deal with it for three days. Heh heh.
Well, time for me to hit the hay. I have to babysit tomorrow, and it's already midnight.

PS: Happy birthday to Colleen!! She just turned 15, and I am uber jelous of her because she get's her permit tomorrow!! My God, I am one of the last of my friends to get to drive!!

Yesterday: The "4th" Partay!
Ok, so last night was the night that Bandamere Speedway (and a lot of other places) lit off their fireworks. So Ben and I worked together to plan a party. So after I got back from the mountains, I went to the store, bought some drinks and popper things and then got dropped off at Ben's, where we had to immediatly get back in the car so we could go meet Amy at the GMSC. So we swam a while, then Amy and I helped Paula with food, sorta, and ate strawberries (my God they were good! Hehe) And then we ate...*gasp* no way! Lmao. Yup it was food.
After dinner, all of us (Amy, me, Alex, and Ben) went to the little playground thing and talked a lot. I threw sand at Alex. Woot! Then, because he kept complaining, we got back into the water and I played Monkey in the Middle with Alex, Ben, and Mr. Ben's Dad. XD. That was fun, only I couldn't catch really easy throws Ben was making to save my life!!!!! Ya, so then we had to get out, and Amy and I took a long time in the locker room like normal girls do, lol. Ya, and then when I left the locker room, I saw It, and I ran back into the locker room screaming "AmyAmyAmyAmyAmy!!!". That was disturbing.
So we went back to Ben's house, and played with the popers that I brought. That was fun. In short, we then talked a bit, then took chairs down to the field to watch the fireworks. They were cool, but I didn't really get to watch them because Alex wanted me to take pics. Then Bandamere was having a malfunction, so they sort of stopped, and we thought it was over, then we learned it wasn't. Then, once they got it fixed, they pratically lit off all of the remaining fireworks and sent everyone home. So then we trudged back to Ben's. We talked a bit up in his room, then started a game of Apples to Apples, but as soon as I put my card down for the second green card, the door bell rang. I wanted to bet Amy that it was my mom, but she wound't take it, lol. But it was my mom anyway, twenty minutes early. I mean, common, that's just rude! So ya, that was the "4th" party. Lol.
yadoT:
Anyway, today, nothing much happened, I got up, watched Next, Pimp My Ride and Viva La Bam. Then I messed around on my compy for a bit. When my parents left, I watched some strance movie, and then talked to people online. And that's about it. Oh ya, it's been raining a little, and it has been uber windy. Which sucks, I hate wind!
