Finals week...It symbolizes good and bad. On the down side, it means tests pretty much all day as well as crazy final projects on top of tests. On the plus side, it means summer is here in two days!! Tomorrow I have math, french and biology, all three are very important. I need to do well on my first two because my grades are on the edge. In biology I think my grade is high enough I have a pretty good cushion in case I bomb it, but not to the point where I can fail it... crud. I just finished up the extra credit project for French. We had to make a planet and create a story that goes along with it like in
Le Petit Prince, and it has to have a lesson to go along with it. Mine is about a planet with a soccer field on it and on it lives a soccer player (never saw that coming did you?) who practices all the time so he can be the best player, and he doesn't like to play on a team because then no one can point him out as the best. The little prince asks him if being the best makes the game more fun, and the athlete responds that sports aren't about fun at all. Basically I'm very proud of it it.
After second period, I was heading down the "up" stairs when this kid just starts running down the stairs, then he walks next to me kinda at a normal pace. I looked up and realized it was Mitch, but as soon I started to say something he just took off again. That was my weird story of the day.
We had a party in seminar today with Mrs. Boston's class, but they fail at life. Except for Conley, cuz he brought quesadillas!! They were tasty. I took my French oral today, but she only made it through half the class, way to plan lady. So then she says, if you come in during access or after school I'll give you twenty extra credit points...for a required TEST. Yeah, that's way fair for the kids who you got through. I could understand maybe five, ok you're taking time out to go do a test, why do that on your otherwise free time? But twenty? Seriously lady.
In English I had a lengthy conversation with Paige Blume about Mika, it was fun. We were just discussing all his songs, it was fun. Then we shared our portfolios for the rest of the period, very easy. At lunch I was way hyped up on cupcakes and I tasted an X-Tremerito for the first time. Let me just say best god damn school lunch ever!! Two bites and it was like an orgasm in my mouth, so I went to to caffiteria to get my own, but of course they were out! So I guess I'll just have to get one tomorrow. On the way to biology, Ben was talking about how he has the first season of Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs on DVD. Well, low and behold, in bio, Peter was saying the same thing, only he had ALL teh DVDs. Well....and weirdest of weird, we watched a Pinky and the Brain clip but the only thing I can remember is "Brain stem!! Brain stem!!" It was great. And as a tribute to the new found lunch item, our group's review team name was X-Tremereitos. Fun times.
During sixth I watched Sullivan beat Mitch up and then I got bored and so I left. Cuz I got my car back!!!!!! Wooooo! I didn't post about it, but last week I lost my car cuz I got caught driving peeps around. Oops...Well, not gonna do that again. It was raining when I left, but once I got home I realized I left vital things at school, so I went back and it was pouring. I was scared I was gonna get hit by lightning. JK. I saw Anthony at school, and I felt bad about him having to wait in the rain, but seeing as it was probably two Mondays ago when I was driving him all over the place was when I got caught, I wasn't about to give him a lift. Sorry man.
Well, I gotta study, hahahahaha....yeah right....ttyl!!!
