You know, I thought that after spring break I'd be relaxed and school would be a little simpler, since I'd be better rested up. Instead, the first week back, I pretty much had the amount of stress I'd been put under since school started in August all piled on top of me. Wednesday I stayed up till one o'clock, doing
some homework,
xD. So I went the next day on like 5 hours of sleep, and soccer really made it worse. That night however, there was no goofing off like the previous night, it was work straight from 6PM to 3AM. I expected the
timeline to be the worst part of all of my homework, but surprisingly, I finished it at an acceptable hour, close to 11:30. My biology homework then took about an hour, and the remainder of the time was spent on French. I swear to god,
Henningson has no compassion, or a sense of reality. She thinks the only thing we care about is French, so accordingly she gives us a truck load of work. She can't get her mind around the fact that if we made it to that level of French with the grades we have, we're probably taking other honors and AP classes. There are only 3 sophomores in that class, and we have all honors classes and we all stayed up to crazy hours. But even the kids that don't have AP US history and not a lot of work in other classes said they were up super late because of French.
Grah!!! (That's a French expression of anger Lana and I made up.) In order to make up for my fatigue, I slept 14 hours last night, but I'm still tired...ugh.
Today I went shopping with Haley. It was a large time, I bought a green-brown-white dress, white sandals and some cute
slip-on
tennies.
Lol, those last ones I just
had to have. Finding shoes that matched the dress was really hard though,
lol. We saw Torey shopping for her prom dress in Dillards. I also saw Rikki K. with a brand new puppy she had just bought, it was really cute. The pet store at South West though, it makes me really angry the way they treat the animals there, it's discusting. I got out to my car, and it was frozen again. (It took me 20 minutes to leave school yesterday, there was like 3 mm of ice on the windows and the doors and trunk were frozen shut. I had to crawl through the passengers side door once I got it open.) Well, that was my excursion. =)
