Lol, I went up to Copper Mountain today with Mitch and Jared. It was pretty sweet. They got maybe about 8 inches last night? I donno, but it was so much fun. We left Lakewood about 7:30 ish. Jared definitely helped to entertain the car. And we discovered that he could read, lol. Anyways, we got to the resort about nine, just after the lifts had opened anyway. Right away we went up to the almost-top. Lol. The powder was really nice, although most of the runs hasn't been groomed and were kinda choppy, that was a little painful on my knees XP. Then by accident, we went on this black, but it was sooooooooooo much fun! Totally covered in powder! I had a pretty "graceful" crash too. Lol. Then we did another run and ate some food.
After lunch went all over the mountain. We went up to one of the bowls, and I swear, this guy just flipping skied right over the edge of a dang cliff!!!! Crazy. About then, my feet started to hurt soo bad because the little heat pads that you put in your boots got bunched up and ya, it hurt to stand XP. And then to get back to the area we had to be in to get to the car, had to take a road, (which for those of you who don't board, is really flat and slow, and you have to stay on one edge for the whole thing, which kills your calves. Ow.). Took another run, and I really needed to be done after that. *wince*
Well, overall the day was soooooooooo much fun. The snow was K/A! We also got BoJoes again for dinner, have some memories 'bout that place, rotfl! Well, byebye!
